I-751 - pending divorce and renewal
My divorce is still pending. Almost 15 months with no end is sight. My 2 year renewal is coming up spring of 2023. But I might not be divorced by then.
Can the divorce judge (family law judge in superior court of my state) compel my wife to sign I-751 application?
