@Stampft Kleid if you don’t have a receipt letter then maybe file a new i765? I believe it was free but you need to double check online on USCIS site if it’s free.

My wife and child arrived in feb25 they just got i94 and stamp on passport work authorization. they did not get any card from uscis.

Technically, you do not need actual Work Permit card, because the approval of I-730 gives you the right to work automatically.

@A B Your right. That’s what I thought too but the SSA are requesting a work authorization card to make a SS card.

SSA is wrong. You should be able get ssn with an I-94 card. The card that as stamped "Asylum granted" or something similar. (apparently, there is another i-94 arrival /departure card that is the different story). I actually did get my ssn with i-94 card, but you probably have to provide some identification with that since it does not have picture on it in most cases. sometimes they literally glue picture on that card)
