I received RFE for I-590 I response on December 5 2024 until now no update its show fees are waive

applied since March 2024 , no response , fees were waived status , beneficiary inside US

the processing times got changed to 12.5 months now

Yes I think things have paused for several days now. With refugee and asylee based AOS paused, I wonder if any I-730s are being processed.

everyone did you trysubmitting inquiry at UsCIS web? I tried and I call I even received a callback from tier 2 from Washington DC but they can’t provide info only show Form I-730 for security check.beneficiay outside US I’m refugee with GC

@Angel K same to me..I feel like that ranking is always the same for me. I am not sure if it’s even accurate to be honest

@Angel K My rank always stay in 27 (55%), and I am standing among one of (7 received), but I can see 167 decisions, that means most people got goal.

the processing times changed to 13 months now

I applied in July 2024. No update since then. I am an asylee and waiting for my GC. My beneficiary is outside the US and in a very unsafe condition. Tried to expedite twice and the requests were denied.
