Hello Guys I just got my I730 approval for Asylee petition for my wife. But when I was filing she was pregnant and then we got the approval after baby arrives.
So now I’m wondering if my wife will get visa with my daughter.
Anyone has info to help me understand please.

congratulations can you share your timeline.I know someone same your case they file separate for kids but thats back 2010 you can check with lawyer or at embassy
