I-601A approval. what’s next?
What is next? if I remember correctly my attorney told us fly out to Juarez and go to my interview and come back once approved. Any experiences out there? still waiting to hear back from attorney. any advice from someone who has already been through this part is greatly appreciated.

hi all! it took 2.1 years for the waiver. I couldn’t believe it but I think they really are getting them down to the 2.5 year mark or so.

Next step is submitting all documentation to NVC and get document qualified before getting your appointment. It may take up to 1 year. 🥺 Im in the same process got approved for the waiver March 2025.
