Yes they reached april 19 a week ago and we submited an inquiry the day after. We have been calling and they said to wait 30 days for an answer if not wi will need to submit another one.

been waiting since October but the funniest thing is that mine shown that they have reached decision that a document has been mailed.I called my attorney but she said she never did receive any document, she placed call and she was told that was an error … this is weird

Wow hopefully it’s the approval notice, what is your receipt date? And did you expedite?

September 23rd but how could they say it was an error but I was sent an RFE for medical recently which I submitted last month

oh really but it was after it says decision that was when the RFE came though

Wow that’s crazy! I saw they approved a lady on January 3 2022, her receipt was also May 20, 2021

being homeless with three kids house to house don’t count as hardship!!I guess soon I go sleep at ins office tell my husband come back

someone got approved on Friday with a receipt date of June 1, 2021

I guess it take 290 days now for the i 601 that 9.5 months instead of 7 months

well his took 8 months and 3 days but no one really knows for sure how long they’re taking 🤷🏽‍♂️😭
