@Approved Vawa I just called USCIS after seeing your post and they said my case was transferred to NBC from Vermont on the next day of my Vawa apporval. Same here not received any kind of notification.

as other said, I didn't get any notification when my case was moved to NBC

my guess is that they are undestaffed and so backlogged that they don't have time to update status

@frank g yeah, i saw that as well but I was just thinking on status updates. But you are right about that - I applied 2018 and people who applied 2021 and 2022 got their decision way before me 🤷‍♀️

do guys my question is, how long ago were you guys approved that you started making these inquires? my i360 was approved 3weeks ago… is it cool to now check up on my I485???

@dee bee Yes, you can inquire about your case. My Vawa was approved 22 days ago.

vawa approve nov 2023 but no update in i485 till yet
