I had the same happen to me got a REF in July for medical about 4 months later in November got approved. about 4 weeks later received card . good luck

@m k When did you apply for your U visa, and when was it approved? I applied in October 2019 and am still waiting. There's been no RFE or any update, and the receipt number even shows as invalid in the case tracker.

I applied in 2015 and received it in Jan 2021 .
