I-485 taking just too long
reached out to the senate of my county regarding this issue, and they just sent in a second email to USCIS regarding this. It’s really taking too long. Tgey confirmed it’s under adjudication but has been there for a while.

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"

@Idris Badmus You're almost at the finish line as long as your i130 is approved👌...
Maybe some security background check on your i485 is all that remains and you'll get notifications on card produce

@D D but this is going for almost 3 years now. it’s really fustrating, I have a kid who is on tge autistic spectrum and he is a US citizen. Going to work and also therapy for my kid, it’s really exhausting. You call them and they just keep repeating what you already know to you. Gone through the senate, same answer, possibly will go through what @A J says.

I just did an expedite on I-131 which just got approved today. Had to send a doctors report of my son needing to be back to U.S because of health issues. Anyone knows when card might arrive?

my I-485 is approved guyz. Thank God. the Mandamus lawsuit did it. after the interview, took less than 48hrs for them to approve it.
