so today we recieved the rfe in the mail they are just requesting my parents medical to be redone due to it been expired so hoping once we send it we will have their green card approved also one thing the rfe is says to send it to my local office!

no my lawyer said its most likely to get waived since they RFe was just to send in their medical so im hoping that happens

and i applied for them last year may 4 and just 2 days ago everything i485 changed to rfe sent and i-130 was approved same day

interview will be waived if they asked to send your parents medical to your Local office good luck

yes they did ask for medical to be sent to my local office im hoping they get approved soon ghey have 15 years without going home
