@mo az Cases are transferred throughout the country to decrease the workload in NBC and to process applications faster . It don’t matter where you live, if they need an interview, then they’re going to move it the case to the field office closest to your address otherwise they just randomly moved to any field office . Good thing is that if you already submitted your medical with your 485 application, it will going to approve much faster. If don’t, then you are going to get RFE for the medical soon. Good luck.
