i 485 pending
as per agent over phone my interview was wavied in the local office and case was transferred back to nbc
applied March2023
today my i130 progress changed from taking than longer expected to 6 months estimated time
any idea is it a good sign or i still have to wait 6 months

I think ignore progress tab entirely. it’s never been right for me 😂. hopefully NBC approves it quickly. I wish they would just approve at the field office. best of luck!!!

hello, how did you contact an agent, just simply calling the USCIs phone or their is specific number as I have been calling the one on the website and no ine answers me.
