I-485 Interview Waived
I filed my I-485 on April,7th 2023. My I-485 interview was waived on 18th April,2023. It’s been almost a year since my application status changed to case is still actively being reviewed and my application has not been approved yet!
Any suggestions?

They said they have attached my biometric information to my application. what does that mean?

they always says waived but you will get interview my pd is April 7 2023 too I had interview on November 20 and I 130 approved but I 485 pending because visa buletin not current but on march 4 updated to us citizen and still waiting

I filed my I-485 on April 7, 2023 too. I have received an RFE in September 15,2023 but have no update ever since.

@shob demax they are waiving a lot of interviews now and approving GC, keep praying for the best. some people get approved under 4 months and it’s even on this app they share the stories.
