it was about I693.
before I got the notice in hand, I already got all the vaccinations and blood tests and did the Dr. visit. I sent the RFE back within a few days.

PD is counted from when you apply I-140. I applied that in December 2020, so PD is December 2020.
I did not expedite the process. EB2-NIW does not have that option.
Applications were processed at NBC. I am in Texas, so field office for biometrics was here.
