I-485 Finally Approved. 🎉
Got a RFE to redo my medical so I sent them my new medical package. Ended up getting another RFE saying that my medical package was incomplete and asking for the Hepatitis B vaccine. I didn’t even repond it with the new medical package and they still approved it a week after. It was a long journey but residence was finally approved.

hi congratulations!! indeed long journey. i have similar situation: my PD was Apr 2019 and did medical 10 days ago, but my doctor forgot to add Hepatitis B referring that it was new rule for adults starting May31 2022. so now im waiting for them to send another RFe. i hope they will skip it.

K S So I received the first RFE for the medical package at the end of March. I sent the response at the end of May. They “received” in June. Then a week later I received the RFE for the Helatitis B and then 3 days after it was approved without me sending them the new medical package.

KC Bud So I would have to look. But by what I remember my case was transferred to nbc and then it went straight to my office field for an interview. I was already in the country so I didn’t need a Visa.
