I-485 EB1C
Hi everyone, I received an RFE for my I-485 (EB1C) case, and I sent my full response 75 days ago. However, USCIS has not updated the case status to show that they received my response. According to the RFE notice, the deadline is November 10, and if USCIS doesn’t show the update or confirm receipt, the case will automatically close. I’ve already contacted Emma and the USCIS Contact Center several times, but no one can give me any clear or helpful information. 👉 Has anyone gone through the same situation before? Any advice on what I should do next would really help. Thank you 🙏

u should have the online pin mailed to u from USCIS when they accepted ur case. you have to register the pin linked with case number on myuscis link

ones linked u directly can go into immigration system and can upload ur evidence. it’s normally updated within 24 hours.
