I-485 case Status changed to “interview completed but case must be reviewed” on the day of interview. Two days after interview, I-485 status changed to “approved” .
How many days would someone have to wait before receiving greencard after case approved? I wish everyone waiting the best of luck…

@Alison; pls note that our I-130 changed to approved like two hrs after the interview on the same day but I-485 only changed to interview completed but case must be reviewed. I did make some corrections on my I-485 during the interview and I submitted new documents and letters explaining why the mistakes I made on the I-485 were mere honest mistakes. So, the officer told us that she will need to verify everything. So, that was why she didn’t approve both our I-130 and I-485 on the same day.

oh I understand in my case I already get approved in the I-130 I just have a interview for the I-485 and I says the is being reviewed

@ Ab G; both I-130 and 485 still say approved. I just got the approval notices in the mail for both of them today. I wonder how many days it will take before I see card being produced. I guess I may just see the card in the mailbox. What do you think?
