Yes go and get the medical records and also ask to your lawyer to file the I 864w cuz they may ask you for that too and send it.. maybe they can waive the interview if you have a good and clean case.

@declare in name of Jesus Jesus Yes, it updated on my status online and then i received a notice letter from my lawyer stating the location of the office transferred to NBC.

@leo lance around 15 days too. I would say go ahead and start calling doctors and start working on medical. it took me a week to get all vaccinations 💉 and medical done. I sent back my medical to my lawyer yesterday

Mine same process , vawa approved in Feb 10th this year , and got medical RFE on April29th , responded with medical on Jun 10th and status updated to response recived the next day still waiting , i didnt get notification that my case sent to NBC . but i figure it out on Medical RFE they want it sent to lee summit MO NBC address , hopefully ill hear back soon

my I-485 was transferred to NBC 8th months ago …. I submitted the paperwork on January 2024 and they transferred Nov 26,2024

@liz Saavedra i see you sent yoir i485 after vawa approved. how long did it took to get your receipt for i485 ? my lawyer just sent my adjustment last week. my vawa was approved Feb 2025. thanks.
