Did you send your I-693 medical form?

After biometric if you receive RFE, mostly it would be for Medical I693. If not done, Start that process. Goodluck

Exactly.... Medicals would be valid from 2 Months before your application date for 2 years. So I think you can proceed with that.

I have an RFE, I haven’t got the letter yet but it’s before biometric, any idea what that’ll be for?

Heard for family based immigration, USCIS is not calling for Interviews for some cases purely based on officials discretion. Please check what all the documents you sent.

please keep us posted when you receive it :) I'm also waiting for my medical request. how many time after the 140 approval did the status changed to rfe? my 140 was approved in January but nothing so far

andreal1234 gir. I have applied separately, so 140 was provided Sep 2020 and then I submitted 485, 765 and 131. in Oct 2020. I did fingerprint Dec 2020. Last week got note for REF, but I don't know what the RFE is, Bz I do not receve the mail yet. Maybe tomorrow!
