hi everyone, do you know if these cases i485 based on asylum are being processed at all? similar situation applied jan 2025.

hahahahahaha USCIS is a joke they will increase the processing time to 50 months

They extended the processing time by another year, and no one is speaking up for us.

Yeah it’s terrible. mandamus feels like the only way now

and none of those people commenting "me too" wanna bother themselves and apply for WOM??? really guys?? stop being stingy... im 4 months in and already planning on WOM after 12-15 months.. like MOVE BRUH

this is terrible, we immigrants cant even live our life peacefully they just destroying the faith and patience. im so done with uscis . before trump time was 12 months now everyone month increase to big number mark my word it will pass 40 months mark this year

I think let us just forget about this administration nothing good USCIS will keep increasing the processing time every month and they are not approving any case only few case cases are approved please let all of us have peace of mind not to think about this administration right now
