congrats my pd is 11 Feb and same field office Tampa, they told my interview has been waived, both cases shows actively reviewed since Aug 26, do u think they can also approve mine without interview? did ur I130 or 485 went to actively review in August? congrats a lot!🙏

Aug 26, they requested for RFE. I responded to the RFE last Sep 08, but they DID NOT update the status to “RFE was Received” or whatsoever. It also didn’t change into “Actively Being Reviewed”.
it just updated to “Case Approved” right away

They asked for marriage certificate and proof of ongoing marital relationship for my RFE. I initially provided them those when I sent the packet
