call and say info pass . u should be able to talk to a representative. besides if u already sent RFE Then you should be waiting patiently to hear from them

you can create an online account with uscis with your case number and usually you can see the copy of whatever they mailed you

it’s same thing going on with me.they have sent my RFE but I haven’t received yet in mail .how can I check online in my uscis account I have online account.where I can see that .can you please guide me .thanks a lot

you could always go to your online account at uscis and get the notices online click documents and the notices should be there

guys...i think it is only peeps that filed their cases online will have the option of documents tab in their uscis account

yeah I don’t have “documents “ option in my online account.which is so weird .is there any way to create that or .it will be like that

no it doesn’t matter when you get your notice you will receive a notice with an access code that you could use to add your case to your uscis online account and you will access the documents guaranteed 100% because that’s exactly how I did it

the access code is when you firts get the notice to create online account , once your log in your going to click case status the tab has 3 options documents,case history & representative your will click document and it will show all the notice they have sent to you

not everyone receives that letter/notice with the acess code hence why some of us are not having the document tab in our uscis online account

I for one never received such as my lawyer receives all my uscis correspondence and its not part of what e mailed to me

all notices goes to the lawyer and the client that’s how I got mine , but I have access before online

EE is there anyway that I can get mine again

i believe you can request it again try to do that , once you have that you could check the status of your case when ever you want

@olayinka s when paperwork gets submitted there is an option wher they ask you if you want all notices to go to the lawyer or to both , I chose both so like that I’m on top of the case and not wait for them to call me

@I485 waiting call Uscis and ask them tell you’re trying to created your online account to have access to your case online also if they could mail it to you again
