hello I hope someone can answer my question , so I’m gonna send my 601-A but I read I have to pay for the form I-485 too , so my question is when do I pay for the I-485 after my waiver is approved ? or before ?

I have the answer for Ku question because I was too impatient so my lawyer told me if I’m filling the 601A I don’t need the I-485 that form is for people who enter legally the USA is totally different from the 601A

correct.... no need for i485 if you qre doing i601a. if you entered the US undocumented you will do the i601a waiver. the i485 is if you entered the US legally and got married and maybe overstayed the visa
