@September 2022 USCIS not refund the money and probably your lawyer won’t refund as well. I don’t you need to worry about the I140. it will be approved soon

you could have done premium processing for I-140 and received decision in 15 days but typically regular processing now takes 7-8+ months but hopefully it gets approved best of luck

@sam young anymore I don’t know should I trust the lawyers because when I start to process I told them for premium process they said no because priority date is far ,they didn’t want me to do premium process

after they receive their tax returns they should approve if the compnay is financially stable. mine approved in 14 months after rfe too

Relax and keep living your life. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about the waiting time. Your option is to look for another sponsor (it needs to be a similar job description) and file the 485-J or, if possible, change your process category to EB-3 or EB-2 with a current date on the visa bulletin. Keep an open conversation with your lawyer. I am sure they know more about your case than anyone here. :) 😃 I would wait until your case is approved and always keep your status.

Don’t stress out too much? I got a RFE regarding company’s financial status and 2 more things while my I-140 was in review, it was terrifying haha But they approved my I-140 a week after I responded for RFE. You just always have to make sure the response is accurate

You mean i-140 or i-485? Were you able to file for ead card without i-140 approval?

@EB3 Other Workers no I couldn’t file anything because priority date 2021 February now .But my fear is my I 140 ,if they deny all my money will be waste

@September 2022 Sorry to hear that. Was this an agency or private company sponsorship? how much have you paid so far? did you choose the sponsor or was it through the lawyer?
