no they are not, they only process premium cases. for regular cases, chances that your case is processed each day are like 1/300.

Ridiculous

Mine just got approved recently, filed in April 2025, so about 5 months. Regular processing in Nebraska. I also know of someone who got approved in about 2 months recently (not sure which center). It does seem random. But keep your hopes up. Good luck!

ahh ok apologize, I thought it was for eb2 only, my bad, it makes sense for eb3

I applied for premium processing - took exactly 15 days with Texas Service Center for approval. My PD is April 2024 and current date is April 2023 so still quite a wait unless it jumps next month
