I-140 NIW approved in 6 months
I retained Yang & Assoc. for my NIW case. My attorney was Maryam Rangwala. I had a PhD but a pretty low research profile with 2 papers, 2 conference proceedings and 7 citations. But Maryam worked hard with me to build my case well and I got it approved without any RFE and in a record time.

yes, I filed concurrently. got the combo card and biometric appointment after 2 months of submission. no other updates yet.
