@A M, we have the same PD. Is your case transferred to NBC yet after your I-140 approval?

@Kaso O. our case was transferred on April from TX to Nebraska. the i-140 was approved in Nebraska. since then it hasn’t have any movement

@Kaso - I haven't been alerted to any movement to a new location yet so I assume it is still in Nebraska. Do they always let you know if it moves?

@JP and A M, My case was also transferred from Texas to Nebraska in April. My I-140 was approved in Nebraska and I-485 transferred to NBC last week

They notified me and mailed a notice letter

@J P I filled March 29 2021 concurrently. I got my i-140 approved yesterday August 12 2022. RFE on March 2022, Response to RFE Jun 02 2022.

@J P. My I-140 was approved on July 15 and I-485 transferred to NBC on August 04
