yeah, they transferred my case once TX approved my visa. Then I got no news for over a month and a week when I got the notice for RFE with the medical exams. I hope I can send them back to USCIS next week 🤞🏼 now I'm checking the status once a week instead of monthly 😅

Looks like you are a patient person only cjecking once a week. I thick many icluding myself would do several times a day. Wish you a fast approval after you send them the medicals.

well with this matter we have to be patients, nothing is under our control and It is annoying but I feel that things started to move faster now because they need to close as many cases as possible before September so they use the most spots available. Hang in there 🙌🏼 I hope you have good news soon too!

@ Liza. most like you do not need interview. current trend is that the case go to approval status after2-4 weeks of RFE submission. do you get online notification when you revive RFE or just by mail. thanks.

interesting. I am on the same boat. had my 140 approved June 1st. transferred June 22nd. and my dependent (wife) received the medical RFE today. me (applicant) and my son had nothing. also the USCIS website still has the old status about biometrics for all of us. I hope medical RFE is a positive sign. Good Luck

@ Luiz, how did you get to know the date of transfer of your cases since you mention uscis status is still biometrics?

@Na Dhu. it got transferred before they updated the biometrics status. so I received that change info before. i had done my Biometrics back in December. new update today. Medical RFE came for my son as well. mine still missing and no further updates on the USCIS website.

wow, this is just amazing my I-485 got approved today and my card is being produced. They haven't even received my RFE with my medical exams so I assume it was a formality I'm so happy this is finally over! I'll let you know once I receive it in the mail 🙏🏼🥳
