9 months for me , this is exhausting! i had the emergency advance parole, i went to Haiti for 3weeks, and now , i need to go again! i don’t want an emergency AP anymore, because i ll be out for 5weeks.

oh yes I understand and it makes no sense. i had it too and did the same. i don’t want to pay another money

they ask me for proof… i told them my father had passed and I need to visit my mom … i sent everything … till this day they say that there’s no timeframe with expediting

nope nothing. i got a medical certificate with my moms sickness I went to the office they considered it as not a life and death emergency

i really want to travel… i was hoping to go to Dominican Republic to meet with my sisters this month with my daughter but that will not happen

and now waiting for tps renewal which im sure will happen

i did receive a new tps and a new work permit too. i renew on March 3rd
