@mohamed I received approval notice already my question was how many days after you received the “ CAse status , contact USCIS did you get your travel documents?”

@MD2020 henry i got the document along side with the approval notice it took a couple of days not more than 3-4 days , if you got your approval notice you almost there to have the reentry passport on your hand , it’s a matter of shipping process

@Mohamed today I submit inquiry request. Is there anyone have any idea how they process inquiry request or how long is day after request for inquiry get Approve .

ive done it already. twice! A month after ai submitted they sent an email saying there are no availability for appointments so they can’t help. thats all Ive got. contacted congressman, they told him Ive gotta keep waiting…

@bruna what’s appointments you meant , you dont have to call them but if you want it’s better to say infopass or go to emma online it’s better , but the inquiry i meant is this one. https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=onpt or you can type” uscis inquiry out side normal processing time “

@SR on January 5 I submitted my first inquiry next day thay send me this “ U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show your case is in line to be reviewed by an officer. We ask that you allow additional time for this process to take place since we process these cases in the order received. If after 60 days you have not received anything in the mail, please contact the USCIS Contact Center at the number provided below. “ AFTER to 2 month and couple of days i submitted the second one , this time no response , but i got my approval on april 12

yes thats the email I got as well. Then I submitted it again after 30 days and got the same email…

@Mohamed, I’m getting this same error after my travel document was approved and produced! Should I be concerned about my case or it’s just system glitch?
