I-131 AP approved through expedite
My AP was approved yesterday! I sent an expedite request back in early April and didn't hear anything back. I also expedited via my congressman and senator. I am not sure which one was the good one, but it worked. I expedited for severe financial loss to a company as I need to travel for work. I was never asked to provide supporting documents to USCIS but I had letters and documents from my company to send. #i131 #i-131 #expedite

I applied end of April for my congressman and end of May for my senator.
As for documents, I had email from my project manager, project plan, org chart, contracts with $ amount for the financial losses

I also applied for the same reason but got rejected. what’s confusing was I got an another email a few hours later that says service request was created and has been assigned to Nebraska. So is it still denied??

Just a sheet of paper and it was sent through regular mail without tracking.
