I submitted my i765 and i131 by December 24th 2021 marriage based and did 4 requests to expedite and nothing change till now any recommendations!!!

I request an expedite for my i31 today too ( nyc federal plaza ) I made the request via Emma on Thursday and receive an email on Monday to send documents supporting my request to federal plaza . i did not have a fax number or email adress attached to the mail .
so I just mail the documents to Their office via the post office today . I didn’t know that we can fax them instead
