I filed for a I-130 a month ago, the estimated time is 13 months on the USCIS website. is that just for the I-130 part? or including the NVC part too?

no just i130. which US embassy is yours? I’m from Yemen too and I filed on march of this year. I’m still waiting for approval. my estimate on the USCIS website is 11 months but before was 18 months 🥲

@umm . noted thank you. what do you mean US embassy? the service center is California and I am Filing for my husband. In sha Allah you get approved. I am in no rush bess in sha Allah khair.

@Y A The US Embassy is where your husband is gonna have his interview after it gets approved. After my husband’s case gets approved, it’s gonna be transferred to the national visa center. (NVC) or the US Embassy in Djibouti

@Y A that’s good I wanted saudia Arabia but my husband said no🥲because now Djibouti takes year and half to get an appointment

@umm . yea lol my husband doesn’t get a say. 😂 im the boss and i refuse to be stuck in a arab country. I dont favor turkey either but its better than the other options. Plus we are still in no rush. whenever it comes it comes.
