Hi, I want to see if my application was moved to a different service center, I’ve seen a lot of you say it’s through EMMA but how can I get the option for that, I don’t see it anywhere

@liz castre You can put Ask Emma on Google if after you enter the page, slide down a little and on your left at the top you will see a robbery woman who says ask Emma, click on it, then in the little line that appears below you will write talk with an Agent, Then it will present you with several options and you must give Case status, then it will ask you for the case number and then you will have to wait for an Agent to be available, then the Agent will ask you for the case number again, then other information and then you will be asked. Ask what you want and he will write your question, then wait for him to answer you.
