I-130 US Citizen Petition for Spouse
We had great luck! Filed I-130 at Nebraska. Received 8/31. First update that case was being actively worked on 10/21, and then received I-130 approval/case closure notice 10/22. Looks like Nebraska is cranking them out! Good luck to all!

Shora- Yes I paid for the analysis. Oddly enough it estimated I wouldn’t get a decision until April to August 2022. Hopefully my decision timeline will help it revise and update the estimation calculation. Good luck getting a decision soon.

@Roberto - not sure man… our lawyer said there was more pressure on USCIS due to all the Afghan refugees coming in at once and flying through the super expedited process.

@a a - neither. just approval of the i130. still waiting for the NVC to receive it and send us the welcome letter with instructions to pay the fees and submit docs.

@Mike Cook my wife applied my case 22 March online Nebraska pay the fee 535💰 and till waiting no response just review what is this? and the time off Nebraska center is 7months

No @Sallie, she’s from Mexico. I referenced Afghanistan earlier because my attorney said he heard with. the Afghan refugees being rushed through, it out pressure on USCIS to push thorough some other petitions that had been patiently waiting.
