Hi guys, thanks for the update... I guess the waiting continues :/ I saw on the USCIS website that the delays were supposed to be 4-6weeks hmmmm. I wanted to see if anyone that filed an I-130 at Phoenix could let me know as I know there are severe delays at Texas. Perhaps this applies to all :(

The wait times are horrible now, I filed Feb 13th to Chicago lockbox and till date I have not gotten receipt numbers too. so I’m just waiting. Did you also file a G-1145(e-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance) ?

I forgot to fill out the e-notification and regret not doing that! I have heard that paper filed ones sometimes (maybe always?) get an IOE number via text and the actual paper one states the service center on it... I’m not an expert by any means of course. I just want to know which SC it has been assigned to! Argh

oh yeah I feel you, you just have to wait for the mail to arrive if you didn’t fill that up. The anxiety everyone is on right now is due to their long wait period. let’s just wait till the end of this month then at least we can keep reaching out to them for direct updates if any.

yes, I agree! I’ll be an expert on patience by the time this process is over haha. Did you receive a text though and only waiting for the paper NOA1 or waiting for both? Thanks

hahahaha I feel we will all be. I am currently waiting for both, reached out to my cousin at Amscot to track my money order but it hasn’t been cashed too. so all I can do is wait. cause if your check has been cashed it will be attached to the check and banks can give that to you at some point.

4?! I thought it would be just the one... hmmm I think most people’s started with IOE if they paper filed and the service center was online or on the actual receipt received in the mail. Not too sure though

that's weird....maybe you should try again later and probably check your status on the USCIS case checker. most of the things I've read about NBC is not so bad. their cases are actually moving compared to some centres

@chris if you type NBC into search someone has a post ‘November Filers 2020’ on there someone in the comments states that they called USCIS and they are processing Sept 2020. You could call USCIS or ask a live agent online if you can get through...?

Hello Everyone, I called and spoke to a USCIS agent today and I got my receipt numbers😁. She said the receipts has been mailed since the 18th. I'll probably get them this week.

from stories I've heard, that's not really a problem. they'll ask you to bring it for the interview.

I really do hope so cause sometimes they can be so nasty and issue an RFE for that, saw a few posts on that too. I was like damn I messed up that’s fine L.S - I’d be so happy when you get your visa to move here cause it’s usually stressful from the home country.
