@Oumou vawah @N DeR @Na geta It was NBC and I sent it on Dec 10, 2023 so it was really quick but my I-130 has been approved for a long tine

mine is at Vermont and have been 7 months for I824. 😔 nothing happened since just says received too.

@Na geta have you tried expediting it either by yourself by congressman?

no i haven't. i don't no exactly how to do that. let me know if you have any thoughts you would like to share with me. please

@Na geta you can google the senator or house representative from the state the your petitioner resides and go to their website. They generally have a page for immigration help with an email and sometimes a privacy release. You should fill out the privacy release and send them an email explaining that you’ve been waiting for 7 months and would like their help. Hope that helps!
