I-130, RFE
Hi!
My husband has received a notice of Request of Evidence( in which they require his passport-style photo) but the letter hasn't come in the mail yet and we were wondering if we could print the form from the USCIS account and sent it back or should we wait for the letter to come in the mail and then mail it back?

If you are able to see the RFE online and print it and the only ask is the passport photo and also a link to upload the response then definitely you can do it online- make sure the passport photo is correctly scanned and uploaded.
Doing online is faster than mailing. but people do prefer to send RFE thru mail.
For my cases- I have done both way and online response was faster!

@Faisal S. yes we did, 2 photos actually. Maybe they have lost one, I don't know

what happens after you submitted the photos? you get approved? how long takes?
