@john linn. so if it’s concurrently that’s how they came up with 20 months processing time? and if it’s I-130 it should be less? bc it says 20 months on the website for processing time for f2a filling for spouse and children under21

I've seen so many approvals from texas these last few days, and even with PD after mine.

you will have to wait maybe until 1 year or a little bit more. They approved for me within 14 months

@Td M the processing time for F2A (permanent resident filing for spouse) differs from that of IR1 (US citizen filing for spouse). So the 11.5 months is for US citizens
