i-130, petitioner is asking for interview
Hello, I received an email 2 days ago saying that USCIS has taken action on my case. However, when I checked, there was nothing new in the documents tab. I called USCIS, and they told me that “this update means your interview has been requested.” The thing is, we haven’t even received an approval notice for our I-130 yet. Any ideas on what’s going on?

@anna lee your 130 don’t have to be approved for your interview. They could approve it together. They don’t have to approve it before you show up for an interview and I know that because mine wasn’t approved before my interview mine was approved after my interview.

the websites has a few changes, check the document tab under the i485 again same thing happened to me

with the new administration, they have been doing all kinds of shit, including send into petition of a biometrics so can’t surprise I’m surprised

hi miss Anna Lee I'm Lloyd from Michigan also I'm filling my 130 it's almost 3 years now and I haven't received anything yet what should I do I got the same problem I received the message too
