09/2020 at Nebraska nothing up now. I tried case inquiry 2 weeks ago. I was told it is not yet outside processing time.

@Kay maybe they transferred your case to another service center, because Nebraska's processing times shows May 2021

Maybe but they are not saying anything to us. We requested for case to be expedited. Status says assigned to officer as of 11/29

I submitted a case inquiry and they said they will reply within 30 days … when I chatted with the agent they advised me to wait and didn’t give me any information

my son is the beneficiary… the petitioner my husband contacted them

that’s the thing …. they refused to answer any question stating that we need to wait for their response regarding out of processing time which will take up to 30 days
