I 130 online
anybody file their I 130 for their spouse LIVING IN AMERICA online? how long did the process take? I'm asking cause I've heard that online filling move faster than paper filling

it could be right because when you file online they will send it to your respective service center automatically. in case of paper based they have to scan documents and send to your respective service center then it will start the process.

No one knows or can tell you the exact answer. even this app can't. all the lawyers you go to can't either. you just have to pray and depend on luck and God. even the processing times USCIS has on the website is not going to help you because they don't follow it.
