i got my approval from the Vermont sc last week i130 approved now they send it to NVC for pre prossesing I don’t knw y am a little confuse

USCIS do a lot of bullshit maan they send it to NVC for pre prossesing and to collect outstanding fees and I pay and file everything from the get go
