I-130
hello family/friends my husband did his interview on 06/10/2023 in Frankfurt Germany. They take his passport and gave him register for delivery paper. Does that means the visa interview got approved or what. Does anybody went through the same thing please let me know how long will the visa will deliver.

when did u file for I-130? And which office? filed for my husband in Germany in February 2 2023. It means good that u got approved and they will put the visa stamp in it that he can travel with all other documents.

yes it means he got approved, he will be receiving his passport back with the visa stamp to his address on file. congrats to you and your husband

@Harjinder Singh mine got approved on July 5, 2023 and they send the case to the department of state on July 8. They set up an interview appointment on October 6, so basically three months after approval.
