hi when did you file for brother n sisters in which year

you guys are bless. because this takes years to go to NVC like 15 years and you say you apply for your brother 2022.

@Akshay Tailor @Molly G even though approval is there, it will still take lot of years for him to get visa. F4 India files are taking 18-20 years to get visa and F3 india taking 15-18 years to get Visa. case approval and getting visa is two different things.

either way they are blessed. To be approved is a blessing on its own. congrats!!!!!

@Akshay Tailor PD June 2014 & still waiting for USCIS approval, congrats on your approval as you cleared the 1st hurdle, but the wait time is long for this category, having late approval help those who have kids bcoz of ageing out situation the longer the wait time for approval the better ..

since USCIS started using online filing the approvals r fast, for old i-130 the time frame of approval is approx 12-13 years.... but wait time remains the same as NVC will hold ur case till ur PD becomes current

waiting since 2012. no movement. congrats on your approval

pd 7th January ,2013,case approved since 2022,and has been in NVC since 2022 without any update.
