I-130 important question please I need help
hey guys I hope y’all doing good a couple months ago my wife case has been approved, she’s waiting for the interview, now my question is : my wife is pregnant for about 3 months , on this case how uscs or nvc manage this type of case , is the case gonna be delay or put in pause while she’s pregnant???
I need some answers please!

😐she’s pregnant- I don’t think that’s any reason for a delay, if anything that makes it look more genuine 🤷♀️

I was pregnant as well when my 1-130 was put in I got approved!

Well I filed the 1-130 for my husband but we were approved I was pregnant.

Roman I have wait at less 8 to 9 months with uscis and 3 months with nvc .
