@Marcos Roy I don’t think a congress person would help as your timeline is not long yet. What field office are you? They are looking at your marriage a bit more because of the RFE for the 130. They are trying to determine if your marriage is real and they were not convinced enough in your interview I am guessing or they would not do a RFE. Calling will not make them give you an answer yet. You can look up your congressman by your area. My husband ran for congress and I have met a few and they don’t do much if you are not far out of normal time frames. I would reach out to yours and start a dialog with them and advise them that you might need some help in the future and ask when they could help you.

@Marcos Roy Your field office is in the middle of processing times. If you use the link and put in your application type and field office it will bring it up. I think 🤔 it will be a waiting game for you. They will look over your RFE. But it does not hurt to reach out to a congress person and just let them know you might want some help. If the wait gets really long, the best way to get an answer is to sue USCIS. This makes them legally responsible to give you an answer. However, this would not really be an option for about 1 more year for you. This is all stressful and you have had a long wait. I wish you the best.
