i 130 for parent
hi I am planning to submit the form i130 for my mom. I have my birth certificate and my naturalization certificate. Is there some other papers I need? do I need to proof my income? I am currently unemployed, but have my brothers support

you need your mom birth certificate too, proof of income is at NVC stage once your petition approved then you'll need to fill out I-864 and joint sponsor.

I would prefer if you add her Passport copy too. When my daughter applied for me, it had her birth certificate, hers and my passport copy. At NVC stage, she uploaded the previous ones and my marriage certificate, my birth certificate, I-864, tax return transcripts, W-2 and last six months of paystubs.
