My case : 30 December 2019 .f2A .. . i still wait ? how you do that?

@NYC 2020 very good question. My pd is 2/14/2020 but I didn't know you can file a lawsuit because every month the processing time is going further. When I initially filed the processing time was around 15 to 19 months, now is 25 to 33 months and who knows how is going to be next month, this is so frustrating.

after filing lawsuits how it took to approve???

@ Felicia Hazelwood my I-130 was adjudicated to California Center I don't why because I live in New Jersey and my husband is LPR and his citizenship process still pending

I’m confused. USCIS was supposed to respond to your lawsuit within 60 days. why did it take you 4 months after the lawsuit to get approval? did uscis ask for extension or what else? I’m very interested in Mandamus.

@ nghiệp hoành because the lawyer need to prepare paper to court and then they need to sent the summonses to all defendant via expeditied mail . after all defendant is serve they have 60 days to respond . that’s why it’s takes more 4 months

@dinh le did you get a response or approval within 60 days after USCIS was served?

@nghiệp hoành my case was approved yesterday . after 60 days the US attorney ask to transfer my lawsuit to home district and it took one week more to get approval
