Hi. My husband and I are permanent residents (thru lottery) and live out of U.S. but we come every now and then.
we have 2 year old son and would want to apply for his residency. The question is is there a way to apply for His residency, cuz we can not leave him to fully move to US for now we only come for short trips.

wait when you become US citizen he should automatically become a citizen too. Because you will include his name on your filing.

If you had giving birth in the US that problem could have been settled
